<0> ok. phew. after moving my DC and exchange VMs and then on first start letting Vmware give them new UUID or whatever, which shouldn't have meant **** to the OSes in the VMs, I had server manager and ad users on the exchange vm tell me they couldn't run due to domain errors...no trust blah blah. but after stopping all the exchange services and restarting them, now all seems fine. think I will reboot the exchange vm again
