<6> i have an old labtop i am trying to fix and every time i turn it on windows starts up and then after is says windows xp loading it goes to a blue screen of death and then shuts down and the cd drive is external through the pcmcia port and it wont load up windows at all and in the bios it says i can boot from cd but it still wont work and it had an option to boot from network but all it has is a dial up port any help would be

I agree that it should be (it was never actually ratified), but all of the sudden in the middle of the article, the author goes on a tirade about gays and lesbians.
