<7> rando: thing is what has me baffled is I've run chkdsk for years and have never seen it report inconsistencies everytime you run it, but maybe a few times in a year, but if I run it, it will report this everytime and that I have never seen before, so could there be a problem somewhere? Also the partition is only 25GB in size

<0> washcloud, nah it's most likely the hdd/disk controller, but also could be RAM. Run the diagnostics. Hopefull it will give you an answer. Otherwise you might be looking to the motherboard.
