<10> Yesterday I got a Power UPS and a USB Hub. I originally had the UPS plugged into the Hub but I changed that and now I have it plugged directly into my machine. Today I have noticed that while playing games like BF2 that my system is stalling for a second delay every three seconds. If I catch a window and move it around in a circle it freezes for one second out of every three. Anyone know what is going on?
<10> it doesnt happen with all Windows, but the UPS software window does it and BF2 stalls badly, like the intro screen is even delaying and the music too

<1> colin__: windows' installer is stupid sometimes. your best policy when reinstalling is to disconnect EVERY hard disk except the drive youre installing onto. then once everythings installed and booting, then reconnect all your other drives.
