<1> renea I disagree. We bought a 9 unit apartment house last year .. they were all occupied by elderly ladies. We went in and put in new stoves, fridges, and dishwashers. New carpets and painted. Cleaned the place up real good and updated the yard and parking lot. We raised their rent $25/mo which is a helluva lot less than any other owner would have done. They couldn't be happier. I hope they will all stay there until they die.

They have their people out there making outrageous statements in public and loving them. When someone like Lieberman says something logical and sensible they become furious.
