<5> First of all I have given this lecture a hundred times. Being an illegal alien is not in the criminal code of justice which is used to define crimes by federal or state law. They are illegal as people are illegal who write a check and dont sign it, they must sign it to become legal. Its not a crime. With aliens they by our law can only be deported because they are not criminals in the sense of criminal law.
