<3> BlueJeans: what America needs to do is establish "Special Economic Zones" in southern states, which are basically fenced cities built around factories that wish to hire cheap labour. The mexican aliens sign up, and they get a job, housing and lodging, plus public education for their kids. They can go out to american towns as they wish, but they have to live within the special economic zone.
