<2> FreeTrade: Unfortunately my diet has seriously clashed with my hobby. At one time I had over 300 bottles of beer in my posession. But now I can't have more than a few a week. I've had to give away beer like nobody's business. I've actually given away some 100 bottles of beer. It breaks my heart, but it would break it even worse to see that beer go bad.

I have to do a constant cost-benefit analysis of drinking it now versus drinking it later (does it age well? Should I drink it now? How prone is this particular brewery to have its beers infected? What is its alpha-acid hop and alcohol content? Is it bottle conditioned? Pasteurized?)
