<7> hi, im not very familiar with photoshop, but im trying to unlock a layer called "background" and it i right click on it and everything is grayed out...does anyone know how i can unlock it?

<7> hi can someone help me...does anyone know if i have a .psd file that only has a layer that says background...does that mean that's the only layer or could the origianl person have somehow locked or hidden the other layers? reason i ask is because i paid a person over the internet for a business card design and i like it a lot, but when he sent me the psd, it didnt have a layer for the text...so im wondering how to change the name/phone numb
