<3> humate: I think you're fine then. just go to file>new and make a 6 inch squared document with 300 dpi resolution (should be 1800x1800 pixels), then just paste all your cells in there and resize and position them to however you want

<2> how come when u free transform and make something smaller... then free transform and make it bigger... for a while it looks really pixelated... but when u push enter it is fixed

<2> this microscope app is stupid... because if u have a 15" screen like me... u can only zoom in like 400%... if u had like a 24" screen u would be able to zoom in about double that... so more of the pixels that it saves would be cell
