<Aidian> diagonal slice sausage and get it nice and hot in a pan with a little bit of olive oil
<Aidian> 1 or 2 red bell peppers, diced and/or cut into thin strips (i do both), can of sliced black olives, can of artichoke hearts, can of diced tomatos, half can of tomato paste
<Aidian> garlic, oregano, pepper
<Co-Op> salt to taste
<Aidian> oh, and like 1/2 an onion or more

<Aidian> if you want more salt, just add a bit of the artichoke heart juice
<gogglespy> if you rinsed the olives and artichokes you'd remove some of the salt
