<4> Could someone help me out a little with choosing an internet provider? I am trying to stream 32 seprate streams of live video back to a server. Each stream is comming from a comcast line, and I am unsure what I need to host the server on.

<4> I own a security company. In common systems you have say 8 cameras go to a DVR at the business location. We are now able to offer a solution where we come and install the cameras, but stream the video to our server over the internet. It is recorded and stored there.

<5> A full 8m is unlikely with DSL, unless you're real close. You'd need several T1s for that much.
<5> If you're going to be providing this solution going forward, your bandwidth requirements are only going to scale up. You might want to consider putting your servers in a datacenter somewhere.
