<14> okay, well my advice is... from what i've seen so far..
<14> you don't need a tutorial at all, what you really need is a project. lol something to work on and bring out your programming skills, the more you do the more you will question the efficiency of how you do it, and it is then that you will become a better scripter, practice brings out more than any tutorial could.

<13> i have many projects... just never keep them... most aren't for me
<14> projects are what test you, but don't do a project that you wont be satisfied with, how many times do I see new scripters make 'greet' addons, 'auto-banners', messing with 'topic' 'kick' events and meaningless pop-ups, those are horrible things to work on in my opinion. if you want to be the best, try to make a project you actually like and has some sort of meaning.

<14> i have a ton of ways you could make your scripts better, one way.. is try to think ahead, make ***umptions, its in this way that you can stay one step ahead of the user, by planning how it will be operated, make security a persistant feature in all that you do.
