<0> When I send a new message; it is saved in my outbox as a Draft. (Draft Icon). So when I do a send and receive it never gets sent. Started about a week ago; nothing was installed between the time it was working and the time that it stopped.

<0> No, its not even attempting to send the message. Not finding the smtp sever, would not cause it to be saved as a draft. I turned on logging, and nothing gets logged.

<0> If I forward the "draft" message, the new message now has the envelope icon and is sent. Now, if I delete the orginal message, (with draft icon) the message that was just forwarded and has the envelope icon, now has the draft icon.
