<2> anyone here ever use raid1 on their motherboard with linux? I am running windows w/dual raptor-raid and it should see 1 volume (as it does in windows), but in Linux I see both separate drives, huh?
<3> you need to use vgcreate if you are doing command line. Do man vgcreate, if you prefer the gui since its obvious you are a noob use volume manager.
<3> with vgcreate you will also need to do lvcreate etc.... good luck I am heading to work.
