<5> The Advanced Package Tool, an advanced frontend for dpkg and rpm (depending on your system). For Debian it's a frontend for dpkg. For RPM based distros, the frontend is rpm. Apt kicks ***. Unless you referring to Sun's 'Annotation Processing Tool', which ... does not 'kick ***.'
