<0> build quality. but any fan that turns fast will make noise. The Zalman Heatsink divides up the fins smartly so that it doesnt need much airflow to work well. The fan isnt that much quiter but it can keep your card cool while spinning slower.

<12> well its acronis true image, and I gotta say its the shiz, they give you 14 days trial unlimited use, and I did what I needed inside 14 days, but for $29 for imaging raid 0 arrays, and downsizing etc, I gotta say its a ****ing excellent product
