Windows has what's called a thread schedualer where it determins what thread to execute and when. Microsoft wants it so you can't buy their base level version of windows and use it for your server.

<9> I'm having an annoying BSOD problem...from the beginning, first 4 or 5 months the computer ran fine after ***embled and turned on, all default/auto bios settings
