<13> the reason being if it lost the mouse to another screen and you selected something, your fullscreen window would background itself anyway because by its nature of fullscreen it's "selected", so selecting any other window brings that to the front instead

<12> Don't games normaly do some thing along the lines of center the mouse, let it move a drop, then recenter? A while ago PunkBuster kept crashing me, so I was hell bent on making cheating software that it couldn't detect.

<12> It was bitblt'ing the screen, finding flesh color, then using SetCursorPos attempting to aim it at that portion of the screen. Had a bit of difficulty when it came to getting the aim down properly.
