<0> and i dont even know how long it will take <1> oxblood, I don't know how your system is designed, but in speculation, your fans may be running off of the 5v rail (uncommon, but happens) <1> and your powersupply, instead of using a dedicated voltage for the power_good signal, could just tie into the 5v rail as well.
