<12> I just replaced my PSU and installed a new RAM. Because of PSU limitations, I disconnected my floppy drive and one of the CD drives. Now, at startup (where the message "press DEL for setup" appears), I get about 20 seconds halt before the computer continues to boot. Why is this?
