<0> hehe <1> ha ha ha <0> the hell? ;p <2> i don't get it <3> Two9A: I'll take my 6W router over my 30W mini-itx anyday <1> the game a a serious sandbox <1> at a mall <1> kitchen: thats the main character.. he put on the megaman costume <2> oh <4> CannedBar: Can your 6W router also be a media and web/email server? <0> hehe <5> i like being able to pxe-boot from my router and use a ataoe network block device to boot from :) <1> http://www.gamespot.com/pages/image_viewer/frame_lead.php?pid=928326&img=51&sid=undefined <1> there ya go <0> i bet my miniitx would struggle with that <6> shut the **** up, nobody asked you. You make me absolutely sick, chiming in with
<6> your utterly useless peanut-gallery commentary which show-cases your complete and total <6> ignorance of everything, then disappearing back into the void of idle time. I hope you rot <6> in hell you arrogant ****tard. <6> **** <4> Slashdot? <6> dorry <0> okay? hehe <6> nah my buddy is working on an irssi insult plugin <6> lol <0> haha <3> Two9A: it is a 75Mbps VPN server. I have my 45W full-load (w/o drives) amd64 for the serving needs <4> Surely VPN takes more load than web serving <3> haven't measured it with the drives yet, but I know it's under 100W with a little over 1TB <7> matja: I hope you get it fixed, ...since you are the only other person I know with an lto drive ;P <3> Two9A: not when you have hw acceleration. <4> Well, a C7 has hardware encryption <4> So Pah <3> Two9A: yeah, but 5x the power consumption, without the 2 minipci cards... <3> also costs more :-) <4> Therein lies a point. <3> 266mhz xscale, with atheros a/b/g and b/g minipci cards, 2 100Mbps interfaces for $43 <4> FON got me a wrt54g for 22 bucks, so I'll live with that <3> I've deployed many wrt's most of them functioning as the vpn endpoints for this device, but the wrt's can only hit 3Mbps when doing IPsec :-P <3> 3Mbps is optimistic, if they are doing anything else it drops to 2-2.5 <8> Whee, e17 is so ***y it's scary. For lack of a better term <9> scary as in <9> they have no idea when it's going to be done? <10> scary as in **** <9> scary as in developers who don't know how to make a deadline? <8> Depends on perspective <9> scary as in <9> Bill gates? <8> O.O <9> scary as in 'omg it's working software?' <8> No cursing! <9> lol <8> Well, scary as in "I really like the interface, and it works very well for beeing from cvs" <9> scar as in 'omg I didn't have to spend 2 hours setting up engage to have a fancy button for firefox?!' <9> s/scar/scary <8> You seem bitter. <8> Rough day huh? <8> :P <11> bitrot: its scary like you waking up next to me <11> in bed <11> and we are both naked, and your ***hole hurts............. <11> that scary <11> at least Tsu you are not the dude waking up <6> You have the personality of a damp sponge and the appeal of a moldy sweat sock. There's nothing wrong with you that couldn't be cured with a little Prozac and a polo mallet, or, better yet, suicide. Maybe you wouldn't come across as such a jellyfish-****ing mental midget if you weren't intellectually outcl***ed by dead sheep. <12> allan <9> DaDead: lol <13> what a discussion =) <14> why does everytime i break gentoo, it takes 3-10 days to fix <15> You're insufficiently adept at fixing gentoo? <14> ... <15> Ask a silly question... <14> so i take it, im the only noob that takes a week to fix his **** <15> Oh god no... I take days too, when I break it. Last time I broke it, I gave up and reinstalled. <15> I never claimed that I *was* sufficiently adept. ;-) <14> heh <14> currently everytime I try to run either revdep-rebuild or emerge -uDvp world , something else shows up broke
<16> this is the life of a ~arch user <15> My breaks tend to happen on kernel recompiles... I mess up, and compile the kernel but not the modules, or vice versa, I dunno... but somehow, my modules are for the wrong kernel version, and I get screwed. I've taken to compiling what I want in the kernel, and not using modules. :-/ <15> Ick... I never USE ~arch. Not worth it. <14> neither do i <14> last time i used ~x86 i had to reinstall <15> heh <16> i dont even have any "stable" boxen at all <16> but they all work fine <14> ehh, I dont know what happen this time <15> Hmm... I emerge -auvD every few days. I haven't broken because of that for over a year, except for one or two times when a single package was fubar. <14> but currently when im doing emerge -uDvp world, EVERYTHING wants to downgrade <9> Yvon: are you using ~arch or arch? <9> makes a world of difference <17> Pasted http://pasteme.com/p.php?id=142 <15> ? <16> i love ~arch <16> but then again i like submitting bug reports & stuff <15> "I have NOT broken because of that"... I'm having no issues bitrot. <15> I don't use ~arch. <15> I want my computer to just work, without h***le, every time. Thus, no ~arch for me. <16> if you want it to just work, doing -uD world every few days is not the best thing <6> my gentoo has never messed up <15> Yeah, well... my inner geek can't stand the thought of using even slightly outdated stuff. ;-) <6> dont use ~x86 and your set <16> Yvon: you mean like everything in the stable tree is outdated? <15> Not always true ritalin... there was an issue with libpng and imagemagick a few days back, in the stable branch. <15> iamben: No, I mean that I want to use the most up-to-date stable version of every package... hence the -uD. I don't go so far as to want to use the MOST recent version, hence the lack of ~arch. <15> It's the compromise I make between being up-to-date and being stable. <16> how mundane <15> :p <14> heh, just found out i was still using an older profile <3> Nate_LapT: btw, how do you update profiles? <3> do you just relink to the new one? <14> ln -sf i think <14> i copied it from the site :P <18> lol : http://www.fodboldforum.dk/zizou/ <3> Zaitzev: that's great <19> I couldn't stop laughing at the american view :P <3> I find the Italian view more hillarious, probably because I just accept that my own gov't (US) failed it's reality test a long time ago <20> hey guys anyone know if there are any good protection scripts for irssi? <21> kur-rupt; most people have realized "protecting" anything from a single user client is well umm <21> useless <20> sorry i guess i should of been more specific <2> should HAVE <2> HAVE <2> not OF <2> HAVE <20> sorry! <20> haha <20> maybe you should HAVE been my english prof in highschool :p <22> k <2> omghi2u <9> dude <2> pvpeh <9> dude <9> that's going to be AWESOME <9> cross realm pvp action <23> what <2> yea <9> I'm getting hard again :X <2> especially sice there are pve guilds in the rotation <9> kitchen: yeah <2> err pve realms <2> they're going to so get dominated <9> hehehe <23> cross realm pvp ? how thats going to work <9> don't know don't care, all I know is that it's happening :D <2> FatMom: read teh wow site <23> meh <9> don't know when either, they said their next contente update (aka patch) <9> so probably what 3-5 months? <2> yea <2> i'm gonna hit PTR probably tonight
