<3> It was a customer from one of our lit buildings calling up saying her inet doesn't work and she needs a tech out there in 30min to get this back up...I restrained from laughing my *** off and then proceeded to tell her that our router is online (since i could login to it) and that she needed to reset her equipment ; she wouldn't do it, she wanted to ****ing argue on whos job it was to troubleshoot her equipment.
