<7> I'm having problems with flash security. anytime i try to open a URL i get a security popup saying that flash is trying to access the internet. when i run the flash movie from a cd on another machine .. the same thing happens .. how can i modify the security settings

<9> Hey guys, ive created a button out of a simple image, and ive used the actionscript geturl thingy to try to link it to an outside site, but when i click it nothing happens.. The mousepointer changes into a hand when i mousover it indicating that it is linked... but nothing happens.. anyone know whats up ? Code is verified as correct

<12> does anyone know the syntax to test what frame a movie clip is at? i've tried the movieClipName._frame but it wont work...when i do a trace(movieClipName._frame) it comes up undefined...but then after that i do a movieClipName.gotoAndPlay(x); and that works...so i know i'm referencing it correctly in the trace....any thoughts?
