<0> macromedia made a nice way of bringing both
<0> although that comes crashing down with blinking ads
<0> :/
<1> do you think ms will buy adobe out in teh long term
<2> yeah, macromedia has it right.
<3> the majority of users ARE dumb regarding the use of office products - they work in an office, but they didnt write office - and they likely barely know how to do their job, or its the only thing they DO know how to do, and unless they are data entry or such 'lame' positions - then they have no need to 'fully learn' office and yes, standard stuff is then usefull
<3> just be happy yer so ****in smart
<3> jeez
<4> so, is anyone up to this: make a Flash 8 site demoing various F8 technique and selling them to people
<2> and that is why I love Linux: if I want to change ANY aspect of the system, I just edit a text file.
<0> yeah but
<0> change the wrong one
<1> suv4x4 - uhm?
<0> and you're ****ed
<0> :P
<3> but if you're so damn smart - SET YOUR OPTIONS

<1> loads of flash 8 only tutorials on the net right?
<2> ahahah true
<4> lra_, not exactly, also they are pretty basic: "how to blur"... I know how to friggin blur it's right there on my interface. But how do you make a panorama viewer? Or pseudo 3D scene?
<2> SHiZNiT: I don't want to waste 2 hours of my life clicking through menus only to find out where to enable tapping for my laptop input device
<1> ahh
<0> btw
<1> who'd buy it?
<0> does anybody know what could've blocked my port 80 access? :/
<4> it's about using f8 features in unique combinations to do something that isn't obvious you can do
<3> cyx - but you're so smart - you should already KNOW where it is - and if you do have to look for it, and you're so smart, i'd think you could remember it
<2> Ira_: that's a good question
<3> so thats really just being lazy no?
<3> and enjoying the complaint more than the fix
<3> :/
<4> lra_, also I plan to run google ads on it in case we have many visitors and less sales
<0> suv4x4 check out spark on fabchannel.com
<0> and watch through all those videos
<5> !find rules
<0> i escpecially like the andre michelle's one :)
<0> especially*
<2> SHiZNiT: maybe so. But for MS, 'fix'=='hack/quick fix'. So that's not a very good word... ehehe
<4> anyway just asking
<0> atleast it works >_> :P
<5> Yes, I have read Flash's help file, and the ActionScript dictionary, and Google, but I'm a bit stumped. Could someone help me with loading images into movie clips? (No, not the actual loading process. The image loads file, but there are 9 of them, and each a different size - I want to be able to center them WITHIN the movie clip... :/)
<4> if you don't want you don't want.
<5> file = fine**
<3> man - we're talking about spellcheck no? you goto tools->options->spelling/grammer and unclick "check spelling as your type' its not rocket science man
<3> how do you stop your browser from accepting all lower level cookies?
<3> omg
<3> you didnt?!
<4> Nidht, use MovieClipLoader, and handle onLoadInit, then you have the width and height and you can center them
<3> yer gunna hafta set something
<5> :D
<0> how do you get your browser working?
<2> I don't ***ume you're talking to me now
<1> milli = 1/1000 or 1/100?

<2> let them be happy with their cash, yo!
<5> The property being referenced does not have the static attribute.
<5> MovieClipLoader.loadClip(_global.categoryimg[_global.cp], mcat1);
<5> The image comes from an XML file
<3> what does their profits have to do with options in product? lol - sounds personal
<0> this is uberweird
<0> i can access smily.kicks-***.net
<0> but i can't access my router
<4> Nidht, myLoader = new MovieClipLoader(); myLoader.loadClip
<0> maybe my router ****ed up something on itself?
<0> rofl
<0> wait
<2> Nidht - I'd wait for the image to load and then read the _width and _height properties
<5> Heh... Not static, right. I even saw that...
<0> that smily.kicks-***.net should be l ocalhost

<5> (not much sleep)
<0> i had the autoreplace
<4> MovieClipLoader is friggin awesome
