<4> I wrote a DLL in C, that I would like to test with a C# GUI App (eventually this DLL will be used in LabVIEW). I am able to call the DLL functions from C#, but I need to convert a text box String into a null terminated byte array. I need to p*** a pointer to the first element of this array to the DLL. I also need the memory allocation to stay in memory until the program closes so the DLL can use it at any time.
