<11> I just purchased a new box with an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series video card, I have a View Sonic 17inch (lcd) monitor, at times (mainly when first booting machine) the monitor blacks out for about 1 second then returns, could this be a video card issue or monitor issue?

<11> Raccoon: It blanks out at times when Windows XP is loading (before the welcome screen) -- blinks out about twice then immediately returns - then every single time windows xp is actually up and starting to load programs in the task bar it does it again once for about 1 second then returns.
