<8> I have a usb device i'm trying to install on my laptop (it was installed at one point and workign) but now every time i try to hook it up device manager comes up and asks for the drivers, i have the drivers and point them to them and each time says 'there was a problem installing this hardware' yet i can take the usb device and plug it into any other computer i have and it installs fine and works anyone have any ideas on possibly how to f
<9> You sure you are pointing to the right drivers? Have you tried letting windows find them on its own?

<10> I pull backups from customer's drives to my own. Then as I'm about to flush the backups, I often fail to delete files from the backup folder, especially temporary internet files. Total Commander and Explorer says the files doesn't exist, though they're listed and prevents me from deleting the folders. I have to use a program called DeleteFXPfiles. Why does this happen?
