<3> I would be careful when turning on services. Some of them are disabled by SP2 by default because they pose security risks.
<0> Ok it started with the network not detecting a computer on the network, so I ran the network wizard to see if it could fix it.. it stalled, and it hung bad. Now how many consequential errors do I need to put up with?
