<2> hi there
<0> Image commands are not supported on this server. Here is the trace of the test:
<0> An error occured while calling for image component 'http://www.yakapinar.bel.tr/includes/common/lib/image/KT_ImageUtil.aspx'
<0> Description of error: The server name or address could not be resolved .
<0> hi balexandr help me :=)
<2> hold on let me see the page 1st
<0> ok
<3> check the existance of the called page, then check the existance of the control and that all paths are correct. Then you said it was an ASP app, but the referenced file is aspx
<2> can I have a valid link please?
<0> wait
<0> http://www.yakapinar.bel.tr/resim_galerisi.html
<0> go to down of picture galler
<0> y
<0> you will see a pic box at down " cannot create thumbnail"
<0> i wanted to add a picture
<0> so it shows that picture and i cant see picture :(
<2> yep... it seams that you dont even have that pictures you are calling and cause of that you'll get an error
<2> what's the original name of the pictures (path)
<4> I'm having permission problems with the new IIS. If you set permissions on the site level, don't they carry through to all your subfolders within the site?
<2> if you choose so

<4> Ok. I must have missed a check box or something.
<4> No, it looks like permissions should be set. When a user is trying to update the database, it's not letting them. But it works fine for admin.
<2> what DB? Access?
<4> yeah.
<4> I just migrated servers. Moved to sbs 2003.
<2> rightClick the database folder and set read/write permitions on the server
<2> to "everyone"
<2> delete all the read/write users on that folder and add only "Everyone"
<4> ok. I'll give that a shot. Thanks. :)
<4> What do you need to install on IIS in order to see real error messages returned, rather than the standard 500 error message/
<4> ?
<5> ?# 500
<5> ?? 500
<5> Ozz`: to see the real message instead of the 500 page is a client setting in i.e. Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Show friendly http error messages
<4> ahh. Ok.
<4> I set it on the server to show me, didn't do it in IE.
<4> Thanks.
<4> Turns out i have about 100 scripts using the old CDONTS, not supported on the new OS.
<4> boo.
<5> cdosys in your new best friend
<5> you can install cdonts if you want to make life easy
<6> that'd make life harder
<6> cdosys + pickup directory = win
<5> I'm saying if he has 100 script using cdonts... he could just install it
<5> personally I'd migrate the mail function to an include
<5> SendMail(to, cc, bdd, subject, message, from)
<5> that way its only one file in the future...
