<4> hello, im pretty much a beginner, i have an issue i dont understand.. sometimes when i use a 'brush tool' or 'eraser' (example) , i cant make a difference to the image, even so i stand on the very same layer im trying to change, i have to close the program, and start it again.. and then it will let me to draw on it, or erase parts of it..
