<11> i have a beer logo that has to go on a menu, the logo's background seems to have like a grey and white checkerboard on all of em. I want to make the checkerboard transparent so when i put on menu, only the logo shows, not the square background behind it

<4> and then use the pen tool in the extract palette to trace the logo with that 'green' line. and then fill it using the paint bucket (it will fill it with a blue color) and then click on preview, and then ok.
