<11> im a just a beginner, i came a cross with somthing i cant understand, i have few layers over photoshop, now i hide all the layers, then i go to the 1 layer i want to work on, and then i use 'l***o tool' for marking it, and then i want to 'move' it in its location, the l***o moves - but the marked area stays foot, anybody can tell me why?

(in mspaint = "fill with color" button) , where can i manage the tool's buttons ?
