<0> mhm <0> so here's a newb one. I've got a script that edits a few html files and adds data. Works good only problem is for some reason it prints the entire contents of the script into the file it edits

<0> finds its way into the content of the file it's editing <0> such as I start with a text file that contains "hello" and end with a duplicate of the script itself plus "hello" <0> saved over the file it edited <0> something else to note, since it's editing many files it also grabs the previous file and adds it to the next file and so on. the size growth is exponential <0> it seems as if it's not closing whatever read function it's using before adding to a file
