<0> sup <1> just emailed you a new version
<0> heh.. um.. HUGE memory leak <2> cauterize it <0> go to the Performance tab on the task manager and simply let the main menu run... makes a pretty slope <0> this of course can be fixed... but i've very impressed you got the CPU down <1> really? oh. well, I'm off right now. I'll look into that memory leak tomorrow. <1> I'm surprised though <0> it's only on the menus <0> normal game play doesn't leak <0> so i'm sure that narrows down where it is in the code ;)
<0> though normal game play still spikes to 100% for me.. again, unless i do one of those three things like before (obscure the window, mousedown the titlebar, context menu on taskbar item). in which case fps goes to 100, SC's goes way up, and CPU usage drops considerably <1> I have no idea where it comes from since all I remember doing is the CPU issue. But I agree, should be easy tofind. <1> I noticed that windows seems to behave oddly when clipping <0> the first version did the FPS to 100 and SC's thing the same, but did not release the CPU. so if you can find out why it does that and get it to do that all the time, you'd be set <1> but I really have to go. talk to you later. <0> cheers <3> doh <4> you guys using sdk? <5> Can anyone ***ist with a BugZilla Win32 install ?
