<13> Strldd, dont forget to add the relevant info to /etc/fstab so it loads on boot, or just add swapon /dev/hda1 to /etc/rc.d/rc.local or similar.
<13> Strldd, also im not sure but /dev/hda1 dosent sound right/ ive never seen swap as a primary partition but almost always a logical partititon, /dev/hda4 or higher.
